Same symptoms but maybe for different underlying reasons.
No reason for different name but Dennis Quaid used it in interview yadda, yadda

I thought manorexia was were men became obsessed with building muscle in the same way a girl becomes obsessed with losing weight. I know this is stupid because there are plenty of males with eating disorders but that was how I always understood the term.
There's also tanorexia for people who are too orange!

I think that manorexia is just a nickname for men who suffer from anorexia, since it is primarily a woman disorder.

i was an'original' 1980's anorexic and didnt know there was a specific term for male anos, i suppose it is borne out of the dangerous 'trend' anorexia that also includes size zero fashion models.
