Parasport is a joint initiative between the British Paralympic Association (BPA) and the professional services firm Deloitte. It aims to make it easier for members of the public to take up disability sport by providing information about sports and sporting opportunities in local areas. Parasport is for everyone, regardless of whether you want to participate recreationally or competitively. The Open University services for disabled students
Over 12,000 students with a disability, health condition, mental health difficulty or specific learning difficulty (such as dyslexia) study at the OU. The university's Services for Disabled Students offers a wide range of support services and facilities to enable you to succeed in your studies, including advice about funding. They also support the arrangements for tutorials, examinations and residential schools, and the provision of equipment.
