Samina:
"Setbacks can be hard to deal with. I allow myself all of five or ten minutes to dwell on it then I tell myself that I can do better next time and will prove it. When you allow yourself to dwell on setbacks your motivation declines rapidly and it’s hard to get back into it (been there!)."

Paul
"I always get disappointed if I get poor grades. The only way I can deal with it is to put it out of my mind and carry on."
