Making a good place to study is vital to your success

When looking for somewhere to study, remember that

  • you need to be able to spread out your books and papers and possibly use a computer
  • it should be well-lit
  • it should allow you peace and quiet
  • you'll need a filing and storage system for your course materials.

Paul:
"The most useful lesson about getting ready to study was to find my own place to study, that was mine alone."

Samina:
"I'm able to study in most places as long as I have my course materials, peace and quiet. Libraries are a good place since there are very few distractions and no one to talk to."
