Jill
"I make a list each week of all that needs to be done - how many pages to read, a tape to listen to, a programme to watch, and so on. Then decide priorities, what can be left if necessary. I often find that I can get proportionately more done when I find an unexpected hour to spare than when I have a whole day available."

Samina
