Found a course you'd like to try? Hit the 'enrol' button on the page to start tracking your progress.

(You'll need create a free Open University account if you haven't got one already - sign up to the OU now.)

Work your way through each session or week of the course. Make sure you understand everything - and show your knowledge by completing the quizzes.

Step 3. Claim and share your badge Copyrighted image Icon Copyright: Montage by The Open University. Main image Stockcube | Dreamstime.com - US And UK Buttons On A Denim Jacket Photo

Once you've completed all the reading and achieved the pass mark in the quizzes, you'll be sent an email confirming your badge has been issued.

If you like, you can share your badge - and achievement  - through your MyOpenLearn page - or through Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter.

You may want to collect your badges earned here and on other sites in a Mozilla OpenBadges backpack. Find out how and sign up at OpenBadges.org.
