Gall dod i wybod sut rydych yn dysgu eich helpu i ddatblygu technegau astudio sy'n gweddu i'ch anghenion a'r dasg dan sylw. Bydd gwella eich strategaethau astudio yn arbed amser i chi, yn ysgafnhau eich baich gwaith ac yn helpu i wella ansawdd eich gwaith. Yn yr uned hon byddwch yn dysgu technegau ac yn datblygu sgiliau a fydd yn eich helpu gyda'ch astudiaethau.
Ar ôl i chi gwblhau'r uned hon, byddwch:
- yn deall pam bod meddwl am eich dysgu yn bwysig wedi meddwl am eich hanes a'ch profiadau dysgu
- wedi dysgu am ddysgu gweithredol
- yn deall pwysigrwydd adborth
- wedi datblygu sgiliau dysgu
- wedi dysgu sut i fyfyrio ar eich dysgu
- wedi dysgu sut i reoli eich amser a'ch lle
- wedi dysgu sut i gynllunio a blaenoriaethu eich astudiaethau.

Introduction

Gellir gwella eich gallu i ddysgu drwy:
- gael eich ysgogi
- bod â diben clir
- dadansoddi sut rydych yn gwneud pethau
- bod yn barod i roi cynnig ar bethau newydd
- cydnabod beth sy’n gweithio orau i chi.
Os cymerwch ychydig o amser i feddwl sut rydych chi fel unigolyn yn dysgu’n effeithiol, fe welwch:
- y bydd astudio yn fwy pleserus
- y bydd yn haws deall deunydd y cwrs
- y byddwch yn tueddu i gofio themâu, cysyniadau neu dechnegau’r cwrs, a fydd yn helpu pan ddaw’r adeg i chi ysgrifennu aseiniadau neu baratoi at arholiadau.
Gall dod i wybod sut rydych yn dysgu eich helpu i ddatblygu technegau astudio sy’n gweddu i’ch anghenion a’r dasg dan sylw. Bydd gwella eich strategaethau astudio yn arbed amser i chi, yn ysgafnhau eich baich gwaith ac yn helpu i wella ansawdd eich gwaith.
