Over 3 months and still waiting...

I, too, ordered my poster in mid-December (14-Dec-2011) and received a reference/confirmation number: 17222151.
I was told to allow 28 days, but 3+ months...
What I don't understand is why the PDF download link option was also removed. At least then, folks would have had an alternative.

We ordered a poster before Christmas as well -- via the telephone system - but nothing every arrived. Very disappointing. Our boys loved the programme and were so looking forward to receiving it

I appreciate that you have many orders for this popular item, but WHY is it so difficult to make a simple enquiry to check progress ?
There is no Clickable icon on your webpages to start a simple dialogue like an email and I have had to Register, Set Password etc and now sending this "Comment" - presumably to all and subdry to see - instead of a simple enquiry.
Your webpages are appallingly user-unfriendly - the Proceed etc routine STILL does not work and will not proceed to get an address.
Nonetheless, having had an order confirmation, I still want the Poster !
