People are the most valuable asset in any organisation. To remain relevant and competitive in any environment, training must be a top priority. The impact of the IoE will affect all aspects of an organisation's operations. As a result, the entire organisation will require training to take advantage of IoE opportunities. For example, OT and IT must work together in innovative ways to overcome the challenges and realise the benefits of the IoE.
