I couldn't get the ou libraries for bluej running on Linux, mathcad is Windows OS only. Those essential programs to do a course concern me more than a 15 years old binary format for office documents... Read more : Open source at The Open University

I really think that it is great to have Linux within the open university and probably more courses from server setups to actual websites/software would be even better, even though I have a degree... Read more : Open source at The Open University
