Biography

Read Ben Oakley’s biography.

Ben Oakley leads the development of sport and fitness courses at The Open University. He was a full-time national and Olympic coach in windsurfing for the Games held in Korea (1988) and Spain (1992).
He's lectured in elite sports policy at universities in the UK and Europe, and was member of a regional panel which makes decisions about the distribution of National Lottery funds to sporting projects.
