Biography

Read Dr Joe Smith’s biography.

Joe is senior lecturer at The Open University, focussing on environmental policy and politics. He is currently developing an ambitious OU/BBC media and research project, Creative Climate, that will capture the human stories of ingenuity and imagination in response to environmental change 2010-2020.
