Biography

Read Dr Lucie Green’s biography.

Lucie Green works as communications manager for the Faulkes Telescope Project which allows school students to access professional telescopes over the internet. She has a PhD in solar physics and a background in solar research working mainly with data from the NASA/ESA satellite SOHO and the UK/Japanese satellite Yohkoh to study coronal mass ejections. She has a keen interest in communicating solar science and astronomy and has appeared on BBC TV in the programme Final Frontier and BBC radio.
