Read Dr Wendy Maples’s biography.

Wendy Maples is a senior lecturer and staff tutor with The Open University in the South East Of England. She's course director for Social Science In Action. Her research interests encompasses radical environmentalism and direct action, particularly the use of the media in organizing and disseminating activism, and in the mediatization of environmental issues.
