Biography

Read Gill Stoker’s biography.

Gill Stoker has been a tutor with The Open University's Arts Faculty since 1990. She studied English at Birkbeck College, followed by an MA in Victorian Studies and a PhD on the artist Sir John Tenniel at King's College, London.
Gill's interests are wide-ranging, covering the performing arts, literature, history, the visual arts and music. She recently studied drama at Rose Bruford College, and has been working professionally as an actor since early 2004, with roles in film, TV and theatre.
