Geoff Andrews is a lecturer and staff tutor in politics at The Open University. He teaches and writes about the history of political ideas and movements and political biography..

His books include The Shadow Man: At the Heart of the Cambridge Spy Circle (2015); The Slow Food Story: Politics and Pleasure (2008) Not a Normal Country: Italy After Berlusconi' (Pluto  Press 2005) and Endgames and New Times; the Final Years of British  Communism (Lawrence and Wishart 2004).
