John Perry Barlow is a writer, retired Wyoming cattle rancher; a political activist and former lyricist for the Grateful Dead. He is also known to be a cyberlibertarian and was one of the founding members of the Electronic Frontier Foundation. He's a fellow at the Harvard Law School Berkman Center for Internet and Society.
