James Warren

Biography

James Warren is an Open University senior lecturer in the School of Engineering and Innovation. My doctorate is in the physical sciences and my main interests are situated in modelling energy and emissions, using applied scenarios, to map emissions of transport systems. By understanding the baseline energy use we can re-design transport systems in order to be more sustainable. I am currently working on various projects looking at public transport and development both in the UK and elsewhere. I am also the main academic lead for Carbon Literacy training which sits within our sister site OpenLearnCreate - drop my an email if there is anything I can help you with!
