Read Kate Humble’s biography.

Kate Humble left school with 3 A Levels and, preferring travel to study, set off overland for South Africa, arriving a year later with £5 in her pocket and no ticket home. She married TV producer Ludo Graham in 1992 and joined the BBC in 1997 as a senior researcher on Animal Hospital. Since then she has been involved in an impressive number of TV series, including Rough Science, Tomorrow’s World, Top Gear, The Abyss, Climate Change, Britain Under Threat, Wild in your Garden, and of course Springwatch, Autumnwatch and Seawatch.
