Biography

Read Paul Merrett’s biography.

Paul Merrett is chef and co-owner of The Victoria in East Sheen. He learned the basics of his trade at the London Ritz before working his way up to his first Michelin Star at L'Interlude in Charlotte Street, London. He has appeared in a number of food programmes, including house chef on The Open University's Ever Wondered About Food.
