Lecturer in Law at The Open University. Hiscurrent research focuses on socioeconomic, cultural, politicaland legal analyses of new technologies, systems, and data. Further research interests include the law of equity, legal histories, civil justice, psychoanalysis, literature, and language drawing upon critical theories, philosophy, andtraditional jurisprudence.
