Biography

Read Shaun McMann’s biography.

Shaun McMann has been a social theory lecturer for over 10 years, and currently works on a variety of under-graduate and post-graduate courses at The Open University and Nottingham Trent University. He has a PhD in social-psychology and has also carried out research on the links between privatism and social change. He’s currently looking into the way that people positively respond to the uncertainties and inequalities of life within contemporary Britain. Within this, he's particularly interested in issues such as respect, loyalty, trust, friendship and reasonableness.
