Biography

Read Steve Greenwood’s biography.

Steve Greenwood joined the BBC in 1989 after a previous career as a research biologist. After two years working in radio he started making TV documentaries, concentrating on environmental and health related films. His programmes have won various prizes including the BMA Gold Medal and the Canadian ‘Rockie’ at the Banff Film Festival. He led the team behind A Picture of Health looking at a day of the NHS before moving on to produce School Day.
