Long description
Figure 6 is a decision tree diagram. It has three circles that are spaced apart and are arranged in a diagonal row from the bottom-left to the top-right. Each circle has a labelled arrow exiting from the top that then has a right-angle turn to point, horizontally, to the right that points to the next circle to the right if there is one. Each circle has a labelled arrow exiting from the bottom that then has a right-angle turn to point, horizontally, to the right. The right-most (and highest) circle also has a labelled, horizontal arrow pointing straight from the right, between its top and bottom arrows. From the left, the first circle's arrows are labelled: top arrow ‘Proceed’, bottom arrow ‘Do not proceed’; the second circle's arrows are labelled: top arrow ‘Proceed jointly’, bottom arrow ‘Proceed alone’. The third circle's arrows are labelled: top arrow ‘Proceed with A’, middle arrow ‘Proceed with B’, bottom arrow ‘Proceed with A and B’.
