Challenge 2: The Qualities, Knowledge, and Skills Audit Challenge (Part 1)
This is Part 1 of this challenge, where you capture what qualities, knowledge, and skills that you already have. Part 2 will look at what you have added as a result of doing this challenge.
We hope that you will find it a helpful and enjoyable challenge that will provide you with a far better idea about what you are good at. If you are clear about this, then you are in a better position to tell other people about it—this can can be useful in developing your CV/resume and in job interviews.
Why Complete this Challenge?
Being clear about your qualities, your knowledge, and your skills is an important starting point in the whole process of using how you learn as the basis for personal growth, change, and development. Once you are confident that you do indeed possess such qualities, knowledge, and skills, you can select which aspects you wish to highlight for particular purposes such as creating a CV/resume, or filling in job application forms. Doing an “audit” like this can provide a real confidence boost, as well as helping to remind you of what you have achieved already. It can also highlight areas that you might want to focus on in future.

What Evidence Will be Generated for this Challenge?
Your Learning to Learn Activity Record will show that you have completed this challenge. You will be able to download, save and/or print your Activity Record. You will also be able to save and print your responses to each of the activities to use in conjunction with your Activity Record, as evidence of your skills.
