Miles Roberts

I mean just as a sort of a general point, I think you work in business with the support of your colleagues, and to get that you need trust.  To get trust you can have whatever words, it’s all about actions.  So I don’t know if it’s about civil engineers and accountants; I think everybody needs to reflect on the trust they have for their teams, and it’s always, always actions that speak louder than words.  So, if you believe in engagement of everybody, if you believe in working in a certain way, to combat a perception there’s only one way, and that’s through behaving in the right way, your actions.
