RAGHAV BAHL

It’s important for two reasons: one, access to talent; and (b) just the ecosystem that tends to build around particular clusters or locations.  To give you an example, if you're in the entertainment business in India, you necessarily have to be in Mumbai, because that’s really where all the talent, that’s where all the actors, the performing artists, everybody just gravitates there.  So you can't be making a film or making a fiction programme sitting somewhere outside.  So there are these compulsions which drive you towards setting up your business in a particular area.  Similarly with say business news broadcasting, you have to be again in Mumbai, because the two stock exchanges are there.  And if you try and do the business from, the broadcasting from, say, up north, you would be just burning satellite time because all your guests and your commentators and your analysts are sitting in Mumbai.  So I think there is a compulsion of circumstances which force you to set up your business in a cluster, and I think it’s a good thing because it leads to synergy of operations, lower costs, economy of costs, all of that.
