My quiz results were ‘appy and adventurous, and that’s pretty cool. I’ve learned that Facebook isn’t all about fun and that I can use it to connect with professional people. I’ve started to think about how I can use technologies in all sorts of different ways and I’ve realised that social media can help me develop my cooking skills as well.

The video search for making profiteroles was interesting. I’ve made a note in my digital plan to go back and check for videos on other stuff like stopping mayo separating or egg custard curdling.
