5.4 Emojis
Emojis are now an everyday form of communication, and many of us will use them in the workplace across all forms of communication and even within our learning materials 😊. While they are great for quickly expressing feelings, empathy, support or just a simple acknowledgement of something, you should consider their meaning. This also applies to abbreviations – Are you Laughing out Loud or Loving you Loads! LOL!
