This course has focused on the babies and toddlers in the work setting, trying to understand the developmental processes they are going through and showing how opportunities and experiences can be provided to help them progress. As well as thinking about what the children are doing, it is important to take time to consider your role too. You need to be able to consider your actions carefully, thoughtfully and honestly to identify areas that you can improve and aspects that you can explore further. Using reflective practice techniques can help with this.
