The key aspects of what learners are asked to do can be replicated across a range of ages, from children (with modifications to simplify the task) to adults.

Part 2

You could consider asking a learner to create a video. In it they might demonstrate their ability to apply a skill; or the learner might record themselves having a conversation with another learner in which they explain a topic to them in their own words.
