Key skill assessment unit: Working with others

7.3 Monitoring your progress

Use your records or logbook to help you present a commentary that includes what you did to:

  • obtain the necessary resources and support from others;

  • allocate/negotiate responsibilities;

  • comply with particular requirements, health and safety, company policy, etc;

  • establish and maintain co-operative working relationships;

  • exchange feedback on progress;

  • resolve problems and difficulties.

With reference to your notes and monitoring records give a reflective comment on your use of skills in working with others discussing what went well, what worked less well and what you learned overall from doing the work. Identify any changes you made to the strategy as the work progressed giving reasons for the changes.
