Updated Wednesday, 6th July 2022 is a mental health and wellbeing resource aimed at Welsh speaking higher education students studying in Wales and beyond.

A space for Welsh speakers to gain access to mental health support.

The website provides information on certain mental health conditions and tips on health and wellbeing.


Please note as this resource is aimed at Welsh speakers, not all website content has been translated into is a Welsh language mental health and wellbeing project and website for students. The resources have been created in partnership with Bangor University, Aberystwyth University, University of Wales Trinity Saint David and Grŵp Llandrillo Menai.

On the site, you will find original content from Welsh speaking students and also mental health resources that have been reviewed by Welsh speaking therapists. 

The project has also developed an App based on the 'Moving on in my recovery' work, which you can use to follow 12 steps to look after your mental health. There is also a podcast called 'Sgwrs?' which covers issues that affect students today.

The Moving On app is based on the innovative Moving On In My Recovery © (MOIMR) programme. This tool is packed with useful and practical resources to support you on your recovery journey and will help anyone navigate the challenges of daily life.

'Sgwrs?' Podcast

A podcast with Trystan Ellis-Morris on the mental health and well-being of students of all ages. Trystan will be joined by Bangor University counselor Endaf Evans as well as students and familiar voices to discuss issues that matter to them.
