These six playlists direct you to a wide range of online resources to help you during challenging times and beyond.

In each of the playlists you'll find self-help websites, apps, helplines, and more that are here to support your mental health and well-being.

Coronavirus and your well-being

In this playlist, you will find resources that provide tips, advice and guidance on the coronavirus and how you can support your mental health. If you have questions about the virus or how you can stay healthy, this is the place to be.

Crisis

In this playlist, there is information for how to reach out and get the right support for you, no matter what that might be.

Anxiety

In this playlist, you will find all sorts of online tools to help you when you’re feeling anxious or stressed. This can be very personal, so take your time to find what works for you.

Keeping healthy

While the other playlists in this mental health toolkit are about looking after your mental well-being, this one will help you exercise. Using these resources will boost your fitness and supercharge your brain - so what are you waiting for?

Low mood

In this playlist, you will find resources that provide advice, ideas, and encouragement to help you meet life’s challenges. No matter how you’re feeling there are always ways to protect and strengthen your mental health.

Loss

Everybody goes through loss differently, and in this playlist, there are a range of different resources, so take your time and find the right one for you. Don’t forget that there are always people around you who can help, whether they are a teacher, a family member/carer, a friend, or your GP.
