What was Masterpiece Me?

Masterpiece Me was an app developed by The Open University which allowed you to explore various styles of art from across art history by having a selfie turned into, for example, a modernist masterpiece or an ersatz Monet.

Thousands of you have enjoyed the app through the years, but we have reluctantly decided to retire it as the technology which drove it has become very dated and many users were finding it more frustrating than fun to struggle with Flash.
