- The first quiz has notes to the webmaster in it and it gives conflicting answers
- The lack of interactivity of the quizzes make for a poor user experience
- Some of the generalisations about stuff like working hours and meal times in the UK is odd and doesn't account for the nuance of individual orgs and humans
- The CV/resume advice on this was just bad: don't put your nationality, address, and personal interests on a CV, folks.
- The translation tools, examples of social media, and language was outdated
- The hyperlinks to documents with answers, rather than just posting the answers on the tab, is confusing and a poor user experience
- I really wasn't expecting to be scoring resumes in a 'language in the workplace' module
Bottom Line: This course is too high level and tried to do too much in a short space of time. It's cobbled-together user-experience felt chaotic and confusing. The purpose of this course is unclear and it's too dated to be impactful.
