This is a complex diagram with various sub-systems. For purposes of this exercise a simplified description is that outside of the system and as an input there are students with particular knowledge and skills for managing change. The system is then described as a system to study how to manage change with Systems Thinking in Practice. There are various subsystems related to teaching and assessing various key concepts in this short course. The output of the system is students who have a better knowledge and skills for managing change with STiP.
