Looking on to the grass area is a developer thinking of housing and holding a document entitled planning permission. Above the school, teachers are shown as archers, aiming arrows at the ‘rain of targets’ falling out of the sky on to the school. Some arrows have hit the targets, but those arrows that have missed are classed as ‘failures’. To the right of the school are a whole series of bills, associated with budget cuts. The waste from the school is going into several bins to the right hand side of the school. Finally, barbed wire is shown between the school and the internet with an accompanying sign ‘danger’.
