GERD:
The internet of things is essentially the extension of the internet to physical objects like cars, homes, all the objects which we use and the huge difference is that these objects all of a sudden will generate data and might have a character of their own and we might interface with them in a different way.
So to give you a concrete example we worked with EON to develop a new type of smart home appliance that is connected to the solar panel of a home and the appliance understands when it should run to maximise the use of solar energy and, there is a new interaction between the appliance and people in a way, it asks people about their preferences and so there is a dialogue between the appliance and, and people.
