Figure 3 is set out in the form of a wheel. There is a central spoke with 6 lines going from it. At the end of each line is a further circle. Each circle contains a statement about the UK’s constitution. The central spoke contains the words constitution. In the circles contain the following words: Establishes the framework of the state. Sets out the powers of the state. Sets out how law is to be made. Defines the institutions of the state and set out the limitation of their powers. Sets out the relationship between the state and individuals of that state. Sets out the principles on which the state is founded
