  • Avoid excessive monotony of training
  • Be aware that multiple stressors may add to the stress of physical training
  • Communicate with your athletes about your concerns
  • Adjust training load when performance declines

  • Optimise recovery
  • Sleep
  • Nutrition
  • Fill psychological questionnaires to evaluation your physical and emotional state
  • Accept to train less when excessive fatigue is experienced
  • Note the occurrence of infections. Stop training or reduce intensity when suffering an infection.
