The Infrastructure area is broken up into three blocks: key partners, key activities and key resources.

The Offer area represents the Value proposition.

The Customers area is broken up into three blocks: customer relationships, customer segments and channels.

The Financial viability area is broken up into two blocks: cost structure and revenue streams.
