Mae'r cwrs hwn wedi'i ddylunio i roi'r cyfle i chi ystyried agweddau allweddol ar lesiant a chynhwysiant yn yr amgylchedd lle'r ydych chi, eich cydweithwyr a'ch sefydliad yn gweithredu. Bydd y pwnc yn cael ei archwilio o ystod o bersbectifau, gyda thri chyd-destun penodol mewn golwg:
