reflect on digital/hybrid work habits and practices and their impact on personal wellbeing, and that of colleagues discuss various aspects of wellbeing, equality, inclusion and diversity in the context of digital and hybrid working articulate likely benefits and/or risks to personal wellbeing associated with engaging in online activities appreciate the importance of developing and maintaining a diverse and inclusive working environment recognise the role of personal responsibility and leadership in valuing equality, inclusion and difference on an individual level, as well as to teams and the wider organisation.
