describe the generic components of the traditional training lifecycle of the training needs analysis, or TNA (sometimes called a training needs assessment), design and development, delivery and evaluation critically evaluate the strengths and limitations of the traditional training-based approach, and the main implications of the shift from training to learning explain what we mean by coaching and mentoring and how they can support learning practise a range of foundation coaching skills.
