1 Logframe planning overview
In this section you should work through a series of screens outlining the main features of the logframe. It is split into five sections, starting with an animated overview with a voice-over commentary.
Activity 1
Watch the following animated overview.Animated overview [Tip: hold Ctrl and click a link to open it in a new tab. (Hide tip)]
The subsequent sections are interactive and look in more detail at each of the major elements of the logframe. You can save some of your responses.
Your responses to the activities will be saved on to your computer and you may need to give permission for this. If this is the case, a dialog box like the one below will appear when you try and save (or if more storage space is required). When this happens, click on 'Allow' and your responses will be saved to your computer.

When saving your responses please remember that they will be saved as temporary files to the computer you are studying this unit from, therefore, in order to view these responses again you will have to use the same computer when working on the unit .
If this is not alwa y s possible, and you will want to access your saved responses, then you can copy and paste your answers into a Word document and save on a memory stick or on disk. Alternatively, you have the option of printing your saved responses.
Activity 2
As a way of thinking about projects, Logical Framework Analysis helps to focus on some key questions during the project design process. Test your understanding of the structure of the logframe matrix by indicating where the answer to each question can be found in the matrix.
There are seven questions to answer; when you have finished click on the link provided below the activity to return to the unit.
