2 Narrative summary
Following the overview of the general properties of the logframe matrix in the Introduction, the next three sections of the logframe guide you through the process of completing the matrix for a project.

This section, ‘Narrative summary,’ will start with the 'goal' box in the top left-hand corner, and work down the 'narrative summary' column. The Assumptions section will work back up the 'assumptions' column on the right of the matrix.
Finally, the Indicators and Means of verification section will work back down the 'indicators' and 'means of verification' columns. This is the usual order for completing the matrix.
