Week 8: Using your strengths
Congratulations! You’ve almost completed this course on developing your career resilience. Hopefully it has helped you recognise areas in which you are already resilient, spurred you to take small actions to test your muscles in new areas and given you food for thought. This week you will consider your future. You will look at your notes from the whole course to recall your strengths and consider the value of sharing your experiences and reflections with others. When you finish the course you have the chance to claim a badge and add this course to your personal resources. You will identify the next steps that motivate you.
As before, continue to write down your thoughts in your toolkit or notebook and put them into action.
