Investigating psychology

Session 2: Exploring psychology

The CHIP resource is the same one that you used in the previous session of the course. As is mentioned there, it is open access so you can use it whenever and wherever you like, whether or not you are studying with The Open University.

As you will remember from Session 1, each node in the star field represents a single person, context, perspective or method according to the timeline at the bottom.

You can directly search for people, contexts, perspectives and methods in the search bar at the top, ‘clear’ the star field to start again or ‘share’ the star field you have created so that you get a direct link to what you have just investigated.

With your own investigations, the relationships, commentary and external links section of each node might be especially helpful.
