Outputs. Other names include: results and specific objectives. This box describes changes the project will bring about in order to achieve its purpose. It answers the question: 'how will the project achieve its purpose?'
Activities. This box is sometimes called inputs. This box describes what the project intends to do to achieve the outputs.
Indicators of the goal. This box answers the question: 'how can we know and show that progress has been made towards the goal?'

Indicators of the outputs. This box answers the question: 'how will we know and show that the project outputs have been achieved?'
Indicators of the activities. This box is used to provide additional information about the activities.

Assumptions at the activities to outputs level. This box describes conditions in the external environment, which are necessary for the project activities to lead to the achievement of the outputs.
